PTH1R

PTH1R is a receptor for PTH and PTHrP, widely expressed in bone and kidney tissues. Activation of PTH1R stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. PTH1R is implicated in calcium and bone metabolism, and PTH1R modulators are widely investigated for bone disease therapeutics. Our PTH1R stable cell lines are validated for cAMP and β-arrestin assays to support your drug discovery programs.
