NPFFR2

NPFFR2 is a receptor for neuropeptide FF, widely expressed in the central and peripheral nervous systems. Activation of NPFFR2 triggers Gαq and Gαi dual signaling, regulating pain modulation, opioid function, energy homeostasis and stress response. NPFFR2 is an important target for analgesia and neuro-metabolic drug discovery. Our NPFFR2 stable cell lines are validated for luciferase reporter assays to support your drug discovery programs.
