NK1R

NK1R (Neurokinin 1 Receptor, TACR1) is a receptor for Substance P, widely expressed in central and peripheral nervous systems. Activation of NK1R mediates Gq downstream signaling, regulating pain transmission, inflammation and emotional modulation. NK1R is an important target for anti-emetic, antidepressant and analgesic drug discovery. Our NK1R stable cell lines are validated for reporter assays to support your drug discovery programs.
