GLP1R GCGR

GLP1R and GCGR are receptors for GLP‑1 and glucagon, key regulators of energy and glucose homeostasis. Activation of GLP1R and GCGR elevates intracellular cAMP concentration. GLP1R and GCGR are implicated in glycemic control, appetite regulation and fat metabolism, and their dual agonists are under clinical development for T2DM, obesity and NASH. Our GLP1R GCGR dual reporter stable cell lines are validated for cAMP reporter assays to support your drug discovery programs.
