CCR10 is a seven-transmembrane G protein-coupled receptor belonging to the CC chemokine family. Its endogenous ligands are CCL27 and CCL28. Ligand binding activates Gαi signaling, inhibiting adenylate cyclase and reducing intracellular cAMP, while triggering calcium influx and downstream PI3K/AKT and MAPK/ERK pathways to mediate cell chemotaxis. It participates in mucosal immunity, skin inflammatory disorders and tumor progression.Our CCR10 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
