LHCGR

LHCGR is a receptor for LH and hCG, widely expressed in gonadal tissues including testis and ovary. Activation of LHCGR couples to Gs protein and β-arrestin signaling, regulating testosterone synthesis, follicle development, ovulation and early pregnancy maintenance. LHCGR is an important target for reproductive medicine drug discovery. Our LHCGR stable cell lines are validated for cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
