FPR2

FPR2 is a widely expressed GPCR formyl peptide receptor that recognizes N-formylated peptides derived from bacteria and mitochondria. It mediates chemotactic signaling in phagocytes, regulating cell adhesion, directional migration, degranulation and superoxide production, and participates in host defense and inflammatory responses. FPR2 signaling modulates calcium mobilization and MAPK, ERK, PI3K, Akt and p38/MAPK pathways, and serves as a promising therapeutic target for inflammatory disorders. Our FPR2 stable CHO-K1 cell lines have been validated in cAMP assays to support your drug discovery programs.
