GIPR

GIPR is a receptor for GIP, widely expressed in pancreatic beta cells. Activation of GIPR stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. GIPR is implicated in glucose-dependent insulin secretion, and GIPR modulators are widely investigated for diabetes therapeutics. Our GIPR stable cell lines are validated for cAMP and β-arrestin assays to support your drug discovery programs.
