CTR

CTR & RAMP is the receptor for amylin, widely expressed in the central nervous system. Activation of CTR & RAMP stimulates adenylate cyclase, leading to an increase in cAMP concentration. CTR & RAMP is implicated in amylin-mediated physiological regulation, and amylin receptor modulators are widely investigated for metabolic disorder therapeutics. Our CTR&RAMP stable cell lines are validated for cAMP and β-arrestin assays to support your drug discovery programs.
